1. Can I download with download manager? (IDM and other)

Yes, of course. You can use IDM and other to download files you have purchased from us.

2. After payment, how can I download?

After you complete the payment, a download link will be automatically sent to your email, or you can access “My Downloads” in your account to download files. You can download it anytime.

3. How the prices are so low?

All WordPress items such as plugins and themes are licensed under the General Public Licence (GPL). This means that once we have purchased the item we are free to redistribute it if we choose to do so. Your membership to our site goes towards maintaining and buying the subscriptions to 3rd party theme and plugin authors. This form of crowd funding helps keep prices low and we can then pass this benefit on to you.

Yes, all the Plugins/Themes are obtained securely by downloading directly from the original authors and We just redistribute it without changing the products.

5. Do Plugins/Themes require a license key to activate?

All the Plugins/Themes at hottheme.net have been successfully activated so you can import full demo and other premium features. There are some Plugins/Themes that working fine without a license key, developers include these so that the Plugins/Themes can update automatically or so that you can register for support. The item itself will work perfectly fine without anything being entered in the box. We would recommend updating your Plugins/Themes manually when updates become available on our site.

6. Do Galatheme provide license keys?

We cannot and won’t provide/lease/release/resell license keys. All the products offered in this website are licensed under GNU GPL License. You do not need any license keys to use them in as many of your projects you need. In some case, these Plugins/Themes only require license keys to get automatic updates from their authors.

7. How to updates my Plugins/Themes?

Updates are provided if and when they are available from the original author. If updates available, you can re-download from your email or My Downloads in your account. And replace your old Plugins/Themes with new version.

8. Plugins/Themes version outdated, Can I request new version?

Yes, simply go to the “Updates & Changelog” tab and click “Request Updates” button to send it to us. You can also contact us via email or fill out the short form, and we will update asap in business day. (Normally less than 24 hours, except holidays period).

9. Do Galatheme provide support?

We provide basic support for installing Plugins/Themes. If you need any major modification / advanced support, you can purchase from original author or hiring a developer.
